Your Availability
Give days and times that usually work. Ruth works Tuesday to Friday and the first Saturday of each month.
Medication List
Include current prescribed medication, over-the-counter medicines and supplements. This can decide whether herbal medicine is suitable.
Collection Or Postage
Say whether you expect to collect from Room 3 or need UK postage. Tincture postage is £4.80 and local Totnes delivery is £3.
