Ruth’s work starts with the detail of a person’s day, diagnosis history, medicines, sleep, digestion, stress load, menstrual history where relevant, and what has already been tried. The plant choice follows the case rather than a trend.
Dose matters. Review matters. Knowing when herbal medicine is not the right route matters just as much as knowing which tincture to mix.

The room is set up for consultation and dispensing, not browsing. There are no walk-in tinctures and no herbal products sold without context.
Clear Boundaries
Ruth will not ask you to stop prescribed medication, replace your GP, or buy a miracle protocol. If something needs medical care, she says so plainly.

Plain Prices, Plain Claims, Sensible Bottles
Prices are published because clients should not have to email for the basics. Tinctures are offered when they fit the case, not because the largest bottle improves the invoice. Ruth is comfortable saying no to work that belongs with urgent care, a GP, a midwife or a consultant.
Practical Commitments
- Initial consultation is 75 minutes and costs £78.
- Follow-up consultation is 35 minutes and costs £42.
- Bespoke tinctures start at £16.50 for 100ml.
