Small Practice, Measured Work
Strong Herbal Solutions is not a shop counter and it is not a catalogue of ready-made remedies. Ruth takes a health history first, checks the practical details, then mixes a tincture only when herbal medicine is a suitable route.
The practice was founded in 2021 after Ruth moved her small dispensary into a dedicated appointment room in Totnes. Every bottle is mixed, labelled and checked by Ruth before collection or post.

Usually every 4 to 6 weeks while the medicine is being adjusted. Dose, response, changes in medication and next bottle size are checked.
